Ingredients
- ½ cup granulated white sugar
- 2 tbsp granulated white sugar (to combined with eggs)
- 3 large egg whites
- ¼ tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar
Instructions
- Melt the sugar and water in a small pot. Set aside to cool it a bit.
- Use a saucepan fill with 3 cups of water and heat it reached 70-75C. Place the a mixing bowl to saucepan. The mixing bowl is rest in saucepan without touching the bottom of saucepan.
- Whip egg white in a mixing bowl until frothy. Add in cream of vanilla extract, tartar and sugar. Continue whipping until glossy peak form.
- Pour in sugar syrup into the mixing bowl. Continue whip the frosting until thick and fluffy.
- Note: use large piping tip for creating great cupcake swirl onto cupcake.
